By default when you save the filename it is the same as the profile name. When in the save file dialog box you can change from the default name if you choose. The filename and profile name are independent of each other. If you then rename the profile name, the filename will remain the same as it was. If you want to keep the filename and profile name in sync then you will need to manually update the filename to match the profile name.
