For any of the File system rules you can select "program files" or "program files (x86)" If you are running sii creator from a x64 machine then when you select either "program files" or "program files (x86)" it will show the correct directory listing. If you are running sii creator from a 32 bit machine then both will display "program files" folder.

When running from the client if on a x64 machine it will test the correct directory. If running from 32 bit machine , "program files (x86)" will return true if the path of the file or folder exists in "program files".
